Governing Law and Contract Formation

No contract will subsist between you and Day in Egypt for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Day in Egypt accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Day in Egypt sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the Egypt. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Egypt, and you and Day in Egypt irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian Courts.

Returns

Client is entitled to change his/her mind with any purchases made from us, we appreciate that sometimes products look different on your mantelpiece or table than they did on the website. If you change your mind then goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery to you. This may only be done by first contacting Day in Egypt team at Customer Services or by phone  & requesting a returns authorization reference. Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorization reference.

You will be required to cover the cost of the return shipment. Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return.

Please note that all returns are subject to our Terms and Conditions, but these do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

With regards to breakages and replacements, we replace any received damaged or broken items. Should you suffer a breakage or damage, kindly notify our customer service by email with a damage note from express courier, and we'll happily send you the replacement, and you are not required to return the broken or damaged received item.
